These terms govern your use of the Bewitching Bakes, LLC website and the orders you place through it. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Who we are

Bewitching Bakes, LLC is a small home-bakery operation in Brookfield, MA, specializing in gluten-free baked goods. Made in a licensed and inspected residential kitchen.

Allergies and ingredients

We make every effort to label our products accurately, including allergen disclosures. However, our kitchen handles ingredients that include dairy, eggs, tree nuts, and other common allergens. Cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please consider this risk before ordering.

Each order's allergy notice is the version you saw and acknowledged at checkout — it's preserved on your order record.

Orders, fulfillment, and pickup

• Orders are accepted on a per-week basis when the menu is open. Slots fill on a first-come basis and may sell out.
• Pickup and delivery times are scheduled at checkout. If we miss a window or need to reschedule, we'll contact you directly.
• Delivery is available within configured ZIP codes only. If your address is outside that range, only pickup will appear at checkout.
• You're responsible for picking up your order during its window or being available for delivery. Items not picked up may be donated or composted; we can't refund items spoiled by being left out.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed on the storefront and locked in at the moment your order is placed. Tax is calculated at checkout based on the configured Massachusetts rate. Tips, when added, go directly to the baker.

Payment is processed by Stripe or Square. We don't see or store your card details. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the corresponding order.

Cancellations and refunds

Because each order is baked to demand, we generally can't refund cancellations made after the ordering window closes. If you need to cancel, please contact us as early as possible and we'll do our best to accommodate.

If something is wrong with your order — quality, allergens, missing items — please reach out within 48 hours of pickup/delivery and we'll make it right.

Customer reviews

By submitting a review and any attached photos, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, store, and promote your review and photos on the site and in marketing materials. Reviews are moderated and may be declined at our discretion.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the site: no scraping, no fraudulent orders, no harassment, no uploading content you don't own the rights to. Accounts that misuse the platform may be suspended.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
